In the event of a return, please note the following instructions:
Products ordered from our online store can be revoked within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Simply inform us via email to info@charlemain.com. Please return the goods to us undamaged and in their original packaging within 7 days.

We will refund the purchase price of your returned order with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction within max. 14 working days. Please note that the cost of return is on the part of the buyer and we will not cover them in the event of a revocation.
Exchange
Please note that a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to purchase another product, we kindly ask you to place a new order via the shop.
